About Us

Lighten Up founder Kim Jenkins has wide experience in both the private and public sectors and spent fifteen years working in business risk for organisations as diverse as Lloyds Bank, Marsh McLennan and Misys.

It was her business risk experience that led Kim to recognise that most organisations ignore the potential risk they face if they fail to safeguard the health and wellbeing of their workforce. As a result the Lighten Up programme was born. While working in the NHS alongside health professionals Kim fine tuned the programme.

Supported by colleagues with wide experience in the private and public sector and by qualified health professionals, now Kim leads a team of experienced facilitators delivering the Lighten Up programme across the UK. The diversity and experience of the Lighten Up team is what sets it apart.

Our facilitators have a huge breath of experience gained within business, the public sector and, of course, life. Their individual skills and style will be matched to suit the needs of each organisation and its delegates. Whatever their background our facilitators are all passionate about promoting and delivering the Lighten Up programme to workplaces and individuals nationwide.
